Sometimes the biggest things are born from the smallest beginnings.

Today, we develop office buildings for the largest domestic and international companies, yet WING's journey began 25 years ago in an office space set up in a small rooftop area in the Klapka 11 Office building.

Harbor Park - the first industrial logistics park development

After no one was abducted by aliens at the New Year's Eve party, and the world didn't end when the clock struck midnight, we simply kept on building.

Not just anything, and not just anyhow.

Bajor and Polar Center - the first new office developments

In 2003, we experienced what LOVE ACTUALLY means not only in the cinema but also in reality. In fact, twice right away. Our first office developments were born this year.

Launch of portfolio and asset management business

We quickly realized that we didn’t want to rely on just one pillar, and even two wouldn’t be enough. So, in 2006, we launched our portfolio and asset management division.

Atrium Park - the first modern office development

2007 – what a year! The first iPhone was released, NASA sent a spacecraft to Mars, and Netflix was launched.

We felt the need to make a big impact as well.

Atrium Park was our first office development where we designed shops, restaurants, a fitness center, walkways, and gardens to help maintain a balance between work and personal life.

Inauguration of the New Corvinus Campus - University Infrastructure Development

The foundation of WING's identity is to be stable, modern, and inspiring.

We built the Corvinus Campus, completed in 2007, for the new generation, so it was a given that we would incorporate these values into this development as well.

Agria Park - the first shopping centre development

Our “Eclipse of the Crescent Moon” from 2008.

When we develop in a historic location, we draw inspiration from the past, not only in architectural but also in functional aspects.

In the old town of Eger, we created a unique building and garden complex where shopping evokes the bustling atmosphere of a historic marketplace, and where the country's first mall library was also established.

Inauguration of the New MTV (Hungarian Television) Headquarters and Production Base

This is not a bedtime story.

In 2009, we were given the opportunity to build the new MTV headquarters and production base. What could be a more honorable, beloved, and enduring milestone for WING?

After all, it’s where everyone’s favorite bear was born.

Allianz Headquarters - WING’s First Eco-Conscious Office Development

Sustainability isn’t just a luxury; it’s a fundamental necessity for long-term planning.

The ALLIANZ headquarters, completed in 2011, was WING’s first eco-conscious office development and one of our most important milestones.

After all, we all know that we are responsible for what we build.

Hegyvidék Shopping Centre with BREEAM Very Good certification

The Incas had predicted that the world would end that year, but we chose to keep on building anyway.

A sustainable approach was paramount in the design and construction of the Hegyvidék Shopping Center. The building received a BREEAM Very Good certification, which for us is more than just a badge.

It’s a matter of the heart.

Best Western Plus Lakeside Hotel - the first hotel development

We didn't take a break in 2015 either, so that others could. We are thrilled that they did it in our first hotel.

This development opened up new ways in our thinking, and we happily jumped into the task.

The first bond programme

“oooo ommmm, ooooo ommm!”

This move was not only cool, but also allowed our company to continue with our large-scale development plans and growth strategy, as well as to accelerate the preparation of planned new real estate developments.

We won't say we didn't celebrate this milestone, but let's keep this our secret.

Finishing of Ibis Styles Budapest Airport Hotel

Your backpack on the airport floor is less comfortable than a hotel pillow. Unless you are Tom Hanks from The Terminal...

Since 2017, the hotel has been offering 145 uniquely styled rooms and Sweet-beds for guests staying even for just one night.

Our motto: a good rest should be complete, even if you only have a few hours available. In fact, that’s when it really should be complete.

The Kassák Residence project - LIVING business launched

Homes. Well, that was a first for us.

We gave you a place to work, shop, relax and have fun, but to live? Let’s go then!

LIVING, WING's residential development division, was launched in 2017 with the Kassák Residence, the first phase of the highly successful Kassák project.

Since then, our business has continuously proven that it is successful, and that we are at home in the subject. Just now, with our first development in Buda.

Telekom Campus - Hungary’s biggest office building

Go big, or go home

Right, right, when we were daydreaming in the rooftop office...

Hungary's largest office building was also born under the wings of WING (wink-wink), and it shaped not only the everyday life of the workers here, but also the image of the district and its surroundings.

The biggest and most modern of 2018. We wouldn’t do any less than that.

Green bond issue

Super green

First things first: A green bond is a fixed-rate instrument designed to support climate-related or environmental projects.

Green bonds are used to finance or refinance investments, projects, expenditures or assets that help address climate and environmental issues.

And with that we have said everything.

2022 Launch of WING Industrial

We felt the rhythm in 2022 as well.

Our industrial and logistics developments with our WING Industrial business branch were launched.

The high-tech buildings of WING Industrial offer hall spaces suitable for production, assembly, fulfillment and storage purposes, even supplemented with high-quality office and service functions. It has a total of 370,000 m² of development potential in 5 locations: Budapest and its agglomeration.

The first ESG report

FIRST.

WING was one of the first on the Hungarian real estate market to issue an ESG report for the year 2021.

The health and safety of our colleagues, tenants and residents is a primary concern for us, which is why we think about sustainable solutions in every building we develop our own.

With the ESG report, we can communicate about our sustainable operation and social responsibility to our investors, customers and partners.

Central Europe's leading real estate developer

Our wings fly across boundaries. Literally.

In 2019, we became the majority owner in Echo Investment, Poland's largest real estate development company, and in 2023 in Bauwert, one of the best-known German development companies. And with this, we became one of the largest developers in Central Europe!

Since then, we have been involved in the construction of large-scale, innovative projects that are in harmony with the city and complement it. Even if this city does not happen to be in Hungary.

Finishing Liberty

“The earth without art is just eh.”

Liberty, one of our greatest prides and one of the country’s most modern and ESG-compliant multifunctional complexes has reached its final milestone this year.

The contemporary sculpture, the WING Lemniscate located between Telekom Campus and Liberty, was also inaugurated.

Throughout its 25-year existence and in the future, WING continues to place a special emphasis on supporting contemporary art.

The Liget Center represents what we want to achieve with each and every WING office and HQ projects.

These were the most important elements during this multi-year, complex project:

• monument protection,
• sustainability,
• serving individual tenant’s needs,
• high quality,
• modernity.

The building itself carries both the heritage of the past and the technology of the future inside and out.
